PM Construction Company, Inc. has a 19 year history of experience and dedication. We strive to work successfully to plan project construction, complete projects on time, satisfy customer needs, and retain each customer for future work. We do this by providing the following services:

PM History

Founded in 1988 by Phillip & Amy Morin, PM Construction Co. has built a solid foundation of business based on core principles of talented employees, customer satisfaction, excellent prospects, and hard work. During the early years we focused the company on residential home building and renovations in Southern Maine. Though this remained an important component of the company’s work, in 1990 we expanded our expertise into commercial and retail construction.

Adding William Nason to the management team in 1992 further expanded our involvement in the commercial and retail arena with his extensive construction background being based in that area of construction.

Currently

Phil & Bill, now equal owners, base the consistent growth on a pledge to provide quality materials, workmanship and service to our clients. We are proud of the professionals and trades people who make this possible, and we are committed to continuing this standard throughout our careers.

We now have focused all of our company’s resources to providing the best possible service to the commercial retail industry, with customers including;

We have established and continue to maintain the original relationships started with our clients. Part of our Mission Statement is dedicated to our desire to not just build one building for you but build all of your projects. All current construction is being accomplished while adding additional clients and not losing focus on our present obligations.

The management of PM Construction Co. frequently evaluates the steps needed to obtain additional work without compromising any client’s expectations. It is through our consistent self evaluation, contact with clients, and use of our tried and true techniques that we have continued to grow our company every year we have been in business.
