PROJECT MANAGER

The Project Manager reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer and is responsible for the overall management and production of each project prior to, during, and after construction.

For Project Managers, multi-tasking is a vital trait.  The Project Manager must maintain control over: budgets; schedules; and multiple projects while ensuring client satisfaction.  In addition to that, negotiating and writing contracts, writing change orders, submitting RFI’s, and securing applicable permits are essential aspects to every project.

Project Managers must possess good communication skills which are essential in creating a positive relationship and working environment between the clients, engineers, architects, inspectors, sub-contractors, and superintendents.

Project Managers are also required to provide weekly and monthly reports to allow a “quick glance” view of all projects that delivers an almost real-time snapshot of the projects budget and schedule.

It is critical that the Project Manager is knowledgeable with the Microsoft Office Suite products, specifically MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.
