Renovation of a 124,000 square foot big box location to accommodate Maine’s well-known surplus and salvage retailer’s flagship store. Work included upgrading offices, exterior facade work, lighting upgrades and loading dock repairs.

This project had high visibility and an unusual challenge of relocating a brook flowing through a box culvert where the building footprint was designed.
