The new construction project in Saco was a 15,000 square foot state of the art two-story high-performance structure.

The operations center and bank branch became the first Silver LEED certified building in Maine upon completion in 2006.

The building includes a special climate-controlled data room and raised floor system which creates an ideal gap for running electrical, wiring and HVAC ducts within (increasing the efficiency) the climate environment.
