Construction Management


At PM Construction Co. we use a variety of tools to smoothly manage a project. We modify our management of a project to fit each individual owner's needs. For your project this would include:

  • AIA Contract
  • Liability and Workers comp insurance
  • AIA Schedule of values
  • Finalized job schedule, showing complete phasing of the job
  • Weekly schedule updates
  • Two week “look-ahead” schedules
  • Weekly safety meetings run by job superintendent
  • Daily meetings with subcontractor foremen by job superintendent
  • Weekly job meetings on site with owner, architect, PM Construction Project
  • Manager and Superintendent, and appropriate subcontractors
  • Weekly meeting minutes sent out to all involved parties
  • Submittal Log
  • Change Order Log
  • RFI (requests for information) Log
  • Monthly requisitions with draft copy for review before submission
  • Management of all plan changes
